E-Document Delivery Service is a service to all UMP library users to request electronic resources (article, journal, book chapter and proceedings) that are not available in the UMP library collection.
Library users are required to fill the request form with complete bibliographical details of the resources such as author, title, source, volume, pages, URL and DOI. The resources are then sent by library directly to the users via e-mail (PDF format/link to access). The fulfillment of the request depends on the availability of material and copyright regulations.
