Our KM team is in the midst of review, reading and approving the article, papers and all items submitted to UMP-IR. We are referring to all items submitted and publish in 2016. 

During these process we have to make sure that all items keyed in is correct and in-place i.e. abstract are available is the abstract columns or author current UMP email is available and few other main categories are accurate before approving the submission. Please be advise that during the Rush Week for Cendikia Bitara, all article/journals/papers sent thru email or walk-in submission to KM team will be queed up for uploading to UMP-IR. First come first serve

What do you need for Cendikia Bitara?...it is the ‘Item ID’. Item ID is the ID code auto generated from the system. Once you have deposited you article/paper/journal/book to UMP-IR the system will generate a slash number /XXXX.... (ie. /3351 or /15398) for your reference. Record the Item ID @ ID Code and make sure you write it down on your Cendikia Bitara forms. You don’t have to wait for your deposit/submission to go live for the the Item ID... It is that simple.

Our Advice :

Request for access to our UMP-IR if you do not have any. If you have forgotten your password, our team can reset it for you. Once you have the access you can upload/submit/deposit the article on your own. For those who urgently need the item/article number, you may see and record the item number once you have uploaded it.
